One thing I appreciated about Callie’s workouts is that they were tailored to how I was feeling that day. When I was feeling stressed, she had a “Pilates for Anxiety” routine, and when I didn’t feel like working out, her short workout came in handy.

However, not all of Callie’s workouts were easy for me. Day seven was particularly challenging as she had me do a splits day, which brought back memories of a knee injury I had suffered in the past. But as traumatic as it was, I’m glad I faced my fears and did the workout.

Overall, my experience working out with Callie Jardine through Sweaty Studio was positive. Her workouts are challenging, fun, and tailored to your needs. If you’re looking to switch up your workout routine and need a positivity boost, I highly recommend giving her app a try!
