Good morning everyone. Aren’t you glad the weekend is almost here? Who is ready to jump around with me with a full body cardio workout?
This full body cardio workout is one that I recently did at Makapuu Beach on the beautiful island of Oahu, but, you can also perform this workout in the comfort of your own home. I love incorporating full body movements into my fitness routine, because they serve a dual purpose of cardio training and strength training simultaneously, giving you the most “bang for your buck”. Why spend hours on the treadmill when you can do full body exercises that will get your heart rate up quickly give you the best cardio results in as little as 10 minutes!
You don’t need any equipment for this workout, you’ll just be using your own body weight. This will really get your heart rate up, helping to burn that stubborn fat and give your metabolism a boost for the day.
