I’ve had a few requests to post my back biceps workout for women, so I filmed this recently in the gym.  I’ve been trying to get as many workouts in this holiday season. I know myself well enough to know if I don’t stay consistent I will end up slacking off completely.  I cannot believe it is already December, and Christmas will be here soon.  Where did the time go?  Pretty soon we will be in a New Year!
A new year brings new resolutions.  January is when gyms become the most crowded.  If you are thinking of starting your fitness journey in January, I want to challenge you to start now!  Yes, start during the holiday season.  Don’t wait another day!  I want to challenge you on this because fitness is a lifestyle.  It’s something you have to commit to no matter what time of year it is.  Don’t train yourself to constantly push things off, because doing this sets you up for failure.  I’ve fallen off the bandwagon many times, but one thing I learned is when you fall off, you have to make yourself jump back on the minute you realize you’re slacking.  So, wherever you are in your fitness journey….whether you’ve never started, are thinking of starting soon, have fallen off the bandwagon, or are already consistent…I challenge you to get a workout in today!  And then do it again tomorrow.  Go to the gym, do one of my home workouts, go for a jog, do this back biceps workout…just DO SOMETHING.  And do it today!  No excuses!

Back Biceps Workout for Women

This workout can really be done by both men and women, matter of fact my guy friend did this with me and was really sore the next day!  Having said that, these are some of my favorite exercises to give me the shape I want for my back.  I love working on a v-tapered look, because I feel it makes my waist look smaller from the backside.  I also love love love working biceps.  It’s so fun to flex after getting that pump going, know what I mean?  It makes me feel like superwoman!
