Hello Fitness World!

I am so happy to share with you my first Youtube exercise video, my abs and booty blaster home workout!  This is something I have been wanting to do for a while and now I’m finally making it a reality.  Fitness is my passion.  I live and breathe it everyday and just wouldn’t be as happy as I am without it.  I want to share the happiness that my workouts bring to me with everyone around me, in hopes that others will find the same happiness that I have found.

My sister requested some ab exercises that she can do on the stability ball, so this workout is a blend of my favorite ab exercises and glutes exercises that you can perform on a stability ball at home, on the beach, or in the gym.  You need no other equipment to do this exercise.
