    It sounds like I am complaining, but the truth is I love it! Pumpkin is the first sign that the holiday season is right around the corner. When pumpkin appears, Thanksgiving and Christmas are soon to follow. It is by far my favorite time of year. However, being on keto can be difficult during this time. Most pumpkin treats are loaded with sugar and carbs. Needless to say, these are both off-limits if you want to stay in ketosis.     For those of you that follow me, you know that I am a huge fan of coffee, especially Starbucks coffee! I used to LOVE Starbucks pumpkin spice latte. I still desire it when I pick up my coffee this time of year. I decided this year that rather than fight the temptation, I will come up with a recipe of my own.

    This keto pumpkin spice latte recipe is keto-friendly and absolutely delicious. While it doesn’t taste exactly like a Starbucks pumpkin spice latte, it certainly satisfies my cravings. I can now have my daily dose of pumpkin, the keto way!

    If you’re on a keto diet, you know that finding low-carb and sugar-free options can be a challenge. This is especially true during the fall season, where pumpkin-flavored treats and beverages seem to be everywhere you look. The good news is that it is possible to enjoy the flavors of fall while still sticking to your keto diet.

    This keto pumpkin spice latte recipe is a great example of how you can indulge in seasonal flavors without derailing your diet. This recipe is simple, easy to make, and can be customized to your liking.

    Keto Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredients

    1. 6 ounces water
    2. 2 tbsp coffee
    3. 2 tbsp butter
    4. 3 tbsp heavy cream
    5. 1 tsp cinnamon
    6. 1/2 tsp cloves
    7. 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    8. 1/2 tsp pumpkin
    9. 7 drops stevia

    2.  While coffee is brewing, place all other ingredients in a blender (I use a Nutribullet).  

    3.  Add brewed coffee to blender and blend all ingredients together.  

    4.  Serve in your favorite coffee mug.  Enjoy!
