Hello everyone! I hope you’re having a wonderful day. I am excited to share my 100 rep leg workout with you today! How was your Halloween? Did you control your sweet cravings? This is my first sugar-free Halloween. I think it has now been a few months since I gave up refined sugar, and I honestly don’t even miss it anymore. It kind of makes me nauseated thinking about eating sweets right now! You have no idea what a big deal this is, if you knew me before you would also know that I have a HUGE sweet tooth! I never in a million years thought that it would even be possible for me to stop eating sugar. If you’re thinking of giving up refined sugar, just know it does get easier as the days go by. If you missed my blog post about my decision to stop eating refined sugar, you can find it here.
Giving up refined sugar helped me to overcome a plateau, and I am finally starting to see definition in my abs that I wasn’t seeing before. Before I gave up refined sugar, I only really ate it on the weekends, so I really did not consume alot. However, I’m amazed at how cutting it out completely has made such a difference in how I look and how I feel. If you want to see my progress, I track it on my instagram account, username @noexcusegirl.
100 Rep Leg Workout – No Equipment Needed
Today I have a 100 rep leg workout that you can do at home, but I did this on the beautiful Sandy Beach on Oahu, Hawaii. I just love getting out to the beach on the weekends and doing my workouts outdoors, it’s a nice change of scenery from the usual gym atmosphere. This 100 rep leg workout is killer, it definitely left me sore the next day. Make sure you attack these exercises with all of the power you have, and rest as little as possible. I guarantee this will have your legs burning!
If you try it let me know in the comments below!
