Quick & Easy Keto Bacon & Egg Cups
Trying to balance work and personal life while staying on your keto game sometimes presents challenges. As a wife and business professional, my schedule can get extremely hectic. It is during these busy times that I opt for quick & easy keto meals. As much as I enjoy spending time in the kitchen cooking beautiful elaborate meals, when my schedule is filled, I just need to get in quickly and get it done!
These bacon & egg cups make the perfect quick & easy keto meal for the modern woman (or man) on the go! I can pop these in the oven in the morning and let them bake while I do my makeup and get ready for work. Best of all, they taste absolutely incredible!
For an extra kick, feel free to add additional spices to your liking for added flavor. Because II am a simple girl , I often will just spice these bacon & egg cups with salt & pepper. However, if I am feeling adventurous I will add some basil, oregano, or thyme.

- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 eggs
Recommended Kitchen Tools
- oil brush
- muffin tin
- meal prep containers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- brush 4 of the muffin tin spaces with coconut oil to prevent from eggs from sticking
- line each of the 4 spots with 2 slices of bacon
- Cook for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven)
- Separate onto 4 plates, or place in meal prep containers to eat later.
